Gentle low-temperature process
As gums such as jellies and fruit gums are made, for over 100 years it was absolutely necessary to cook the ingredients at high temperatures. Every manufacturer does this because there was no other way. But what happens when you cook natural, high-quality nutrients? They are broken down and lose their potency! We have finally solved this internal contradiction, this stubborn problem. With our ground-breaking technology, we have not only lowered the temperature, but also completely redesigned the process. We have reduced the production process to room temperature and do not need a single cooking step. This allows us to preserve the performance of the valuable ingredients and deliver optimum product quality. The Swiss Innutri technology enables a broader spectrum of active ingredients and allows the supply of delicate and natural nutrients. At the same time, there is no need to overdose to compensate for the usual loss of ingredient performance (due to heat).
