The groundbreaking and patented LTM (Low Temperature Mogul) technology developed by Innutri is a cold‑casting process for producing chewable dosage forms for dietary supplements based on starch, marketed as Soft Gums™. This unique method enables sensitive active ingredients to be incorporated into the Soft Gum mass in an exceptionally gentle manner. To date, there is no vegan solution on the market that replicates the unmistakable texture of gelatine as convincingly as Soft Gums™.
To support the acquisition of further licensees for our innovative LTM technology (Soft Gums™) within the confectionery and dietary supplement sectors, we are seeking, with immediate effect or by arrangement, an:
Agent (m/f/d)
You are an experienced industry professional with strong technical understanding and an established network within the European confectionery and nutritional supplements markets. You will bring:

In‑depth knowledge of the European market for gummies/fruit gums within both confectionery and dietary supplements

An existing network of relevant manufacturers, particularly medium‑sized and large producers operating mogul lines

Up‑to‑date insight into current market trends, particularly relating to chewable dietary supplements

We are seeking a responsible individual with a solid technical understanding of traditional mogul processes and related production technologies. Ideally, you will also possess sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and process engineering. In addition, you demonstrate strong commercial acumen, are able to articulate the technical advantages and economic value of the LTM technology convincingly, and are fully proficient in business negotiation and closing in both German and English.

You are resilient, grounded, proactive and dependable, with strong assertiveness. You are communicative, personable and team‑oriented, and you maintain a clear overview even in fast‑paced and demanding situations. If you are also capable of setting the right priorities and working efficiently yet accurately, we very much look forward to receiving your application.
